In the Beginning - 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
By Stinky - August 23 - 8:23 amIf this is how Hyundai enters the sports car market I can hardly wait to see the refined product a few years from now. Handling is excellent. Power& low end torque are good. Exterior styling is luscious; far better than the vanilla g37,370z, mustang and the clunky camaro. Interior styling is pleasing and the seats are way comfortable without sacrificing support. Forward visibility is excellent. Rear window visibility not so hot; proper mirror adjustment compensates nicely. Whether driving in town, on the interstate, or backroad twisties this car behaves admirably. Steering is responsive and provides good road feel. Rear end feels hooked up and predictable when pushed to this cars limits. Great car!

By roll875 - May 16 - 2:26 amOnce owned a Honda crx the gas mileage was great but the quality and ride of the Genesis coupe blows it away. Considered the eclipse and the forte coupe but they dont compare the the Genesis coupe. Internet dealer gave me best price held true to it went out of his way to find me the exact model I wanted. Test drive one and you will see for your self. 2.0 has plenty of power 80 in a flash and wants to go faster but generally I never go that fast

Its nice fooling all of the others - 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
By TRP - April 26 - 12:20 am10 year/100,000 miles 25 combined MPG (my experience, not EPA) 306HP and 266Lb/ft torque Leather seats, iPod, USB, and Bluetooth This is the only vehicle which fit my very, VERY short list and I had to make no compromises to get. $25,000 for a car which can easily be in BMW/Infiniti range, from a company with no previous hits. I run heavy on the gas and still get 25 miles per gallon, along with at least one redline per drive. There are only two reasons this car didnt get a 9/10 or 10/10 in one category (see below).

By kikkenit2 - March 31 - 7:06 amFantastic low end power. Competitive gas mileage. Decent somewhat original body style. Solid chassis, almost too stiff. Almost no body roll. Nowhere to be found. Very limited availability, especially on west coast. Will never be common like mustang. A little slower than g37, 370z, camaro v8, and mustang gt but has a strong package all around.

By Mladen - March 27 - 10:00 amFrist of all this is a great car. If you are going to buy it, make sure you shop around first, I got my Genesis Coupe for $18,500 + tax, title, processing fee. The turbo model is great, its not super fast but it has enough power with great handling and great looks. I get about 420-450 miles per tank of gas, that is great for a sport car. The interior is beautiful, comfortable, and the whole cars looks great. No other car out there in this class can offer you the options, looks, and fun this that this car gives you. I have people stop and check out my car while its parked, that says it all. I cant wait to go to work in the morning just so I can drive my Genesis, love this car.

What a great car, just not comfortable - 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
By medoc - March 27 - 12:22 amI must have gotten a really well built one, because I never had any of the problems with the electrical system, transmission or windows coming off. Ive had my car for three years, it was one of the first to hit Detroit in 2009. I did have the problem with the brake sensor not allowing the car to start, but that was replaced and havent had a problem since.I love the way this car handles and its power, but I have to say that I cant drive more than 45 minutes without severe butt pain. Thats why Im moving on to the Genesis Sedan when my lease is up, and thats now.

Great Car - 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
By Tipton4 - February 25 - 4:56 amLove my Genesis Coupe; I purchased the 2.0T premium last August and upgraded to leather heated seats (love em). I was in a head on collision this week, hit a SUV that came across my lane at about 50 mph - I got out of the car and walked away w/out a scratch (people in SUV had to be taken by ambulance). Very pleased with the safety. I will be looking for another one. Fun to drive - some road noise on highway but that is the same with most sports cars. Highly recommend the Genesis Coupe.

By Debi Murphy - December 4 - 5:03 pmMy husband just bought me this car for my 50th birthday...what a great way to kick 50 in the butt!!! Ive had it for 4 days now, and I love it more everyday. It is a blast to drive and Im having so much fun with the paddle shifters. It is quick, handles corners and turns with ease, and the Brembos are awesome! Take one for a test drive....youll fall in love too!

Perfect sporty/flashy daily driver - 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe
By Julien - November 7 - 6:56 amAwesome potential. Motor clearly underrated. Wants to breathe so much harder but intake and turbo back constrict this a lot. Tuners car. Also very responsive stock, but also very civilized. Suspension perfect for daily conditions. Indoor surprising, love lighting at night! Outdoor will get you praises. Cat-back piping section is crimped for some reason..again doesnt breathe quite well. Guarantees interesting as few things can and probably will go down between 3rd and 5th year of usage..not to overlook. Insurance go easy on Hyundai brand so thats good too. Watch out winter tire cost.
